: Not Delivering an booked item even after more than THREE MONTHS!

Dear sir, I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood 205000001718099 booked by Dilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no.T39/25327 at Big Bazaar , Katriguppe ,Banashankari,Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday .It was promised to be delivered in 10 days.But I was surprised to recieve it within one week.To our surprise when the technician came after 3 days to assemble it we found that we had recieved a different coloured Rack(booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey & the product sent was Dirty Oak ),the person then contacted his seniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days.But till date even after contacting the concerned persons & after making more than hundreds of CALLS, either they are not responding or they have been giving only excuses .

How do you want this complaint resolved?

I want the Product which was promised as it was a Gift given OR an appology Letter from the Company and the amount paid with Penalty

What action have you taken to resolve this complaint?

after dialing a number of times to the concerned persons I have sent emails to the company
