I would like some advice to point me in the right direction with my issue which is as follows: Jagdish Patel, owner of Patel Infosys/ Dev Computers cheated me in price of Laptop. He told me that he sold me ACER 4720 ZN model with high configuration with rate of Rs.33200/-. But he sold me a low configuration laptop (Model ACER 4720Z - 1 GB) with price Rs.33200/-. The actual price of this model, which he sold me is Rs.28900/-. Now, he refuses to take back the product. He says that he is not responsible for any matter. I need help what should i have to do?
