As a loyal customer of MSIL, I bought Maruti Esteem in Dec.06. For the last month, I am facing problems of engine missing, rpm fluctuations, engine switching-off during running,engine noise and some other problems. I have visited the dealer Apra Auto, Gurgaon 39 times for these problems, met with accidents 2times due to engine missing problem, spent lot of money under warranty period. Dealer is not listening to my problems as he says there is some major manufacturing fault in the car, so I should contact MSIL and dealer GM Mr. Kesavan is mis-beheaving and saying not to contact him or I will be in trouble. I have written number of mails to MSIL, but no to no response. My life is at risk to drive this vehicle as anything can happen on the road due to missing problems. Pls help me and arrange replacement of my vehicle.

I DONT THINK That you have any one care about custmer and they dont understand as well what time mean for them i have my number i has been active to my name later after it was under the The Ministry of Defense el Mahrousa Department and i went with all the Document to the El Sakam Branch and i change it under my name and now i was trying to change it to Accounting system to another and i call your number 888 Mr. Mohand he inform me that i have to go again to the same Office as they didnt change it but i also do have the Holding Property document under my name so why i west my time because of your Staff Mistick why there is no one can check what is going on and even the custmer care they dont care if you recheck my number you will find that i am using this line 24 hours and paying big amount every month it is also easy for me to change it to anther Company who can be more care about the custmer awaiting your reply a.s.a.p

i had booked an activa in varun honda n even it came but there was a forced put to us that we have to take all the accesories compulsary otherwise we wont get the activa and we will get it after 1 month and when we went there for booking before we were t5old we will get it in jan and after certain adjustment they agreed to give us but if we follow thier praposalof taking compylsry accesories

I have bought a new unit of HDR-SR7E (a new SONY product HandyCam)on 25/09/07. After 3-4 days of use with excitement and I have to sent it back to SONY Malaysia on 1/10/07 for repair as the unit is producing and recording "TAK TAK Sound". According to SONY Malaysia, this "Tak Tak" sound produced by the Hard-disk and they have replaced the whole internal unit except the cover which with serial number. To my dismay and frustration, after they have replaced the parts, the "tak tak" signature still can be heard but less vivid. Hence, it seems to me that this new product with manufacturing defect which I was very hessitating to purchase initially. However, I still making a wrong decision to purchase the unit.

there has been a miss communication because of that lombard manager (insurance manager) has transfered my money from my account to somebody elses account named as (SHASHI JAIN) i even don't know the person to whom the money has been transfered the insurance number through which shashi jain has transfered my money to her account is 9821000005 i hope u'll see to this problem.

He bought our 5th wheel over 2 years ago and he finally sold it about 3 months ago, he agreed to make loan payments for about 2 or 3 months, with us having to hound him all the time to collect. Finally repaid the loan but after promising to pay us so we would sign off on the owenership and saying trustme is not going to pay us the $1,000. left that he owes us and promised to pay, the original agreement was for $31,000. and he paid us $10,000 then was to pay the balance off in a couple of months. he stretched it out for better than 2 years he finally sold the unit and asked to sign off which I regret doing but he promised to pay us the monies owing now I am told by his wife he is not going to pay us. Help if you can or at least warn others about this man, He is a untrust worthy business man

Couple of months back bought a Toyota Innova from Galaxy Toyota Moti Nagar everything was perfect from the showroom people. But at my first service I took an appointment to get my vehicle serviced gave them my vehicle at 8:30am, number was two for the service. At 1:30pm I received a call from the service station that my vehicle is ready for delivery and when I reached there at 2:00pm I was shocked to see it was standing the way I gave them nothing was been donebut I could see someone had hos lunch in my vehicle ,I met the Manager Mr.Manish took this all from him in writing went back home and made a simple complaint to higher authorities ..later, after couple of days they sent their person who took the vehicle from home serviced it well and delivered it back ..Was really happy to see that..Today again I was very disappointed from the service station the team leader or whoever Mr.Sunil Sharma has no idea how to talk with customers, I was speaking to him with respect saying him Sir and he was behaving like I was begging him. I was there today because my vehicle had some missing problem but it was not possible for me to tell him why I am there, reason he was not ready to talk to me made me wait for 45mins and then said I am busy come later ..The Manager was not available there ... So friends be careful from the service station of GALAXY TOYOTA 69/1A Najafgarh Road Moti Nagar Crossing New Delhi-110015
