| Dear sir, I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood 205000001718099 booked by Dilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no.T39/25327 at Big Bazaar , Katriguppe ,Banashankari,Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday .It was promised to be delivered in 10 days.But I was surprised to recieve it within one week.To our surprise when the technician came after 3 days to assemble it we found that we had recieved a different coloured Rack(booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey & the product sent was Dirty Oak ),the person then contacted his seniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days.But till date even after contacting the concerned persons & after making more than hundreds of CALLS, either they are not responding or they have been giving only excuses . |

| A Sears service appointment was set up over the phone for 4/16/08 between 8 and 5. I waited all day. No one called, no one showed. On 4/17/08 I called to find out what happened. I was told someone called me but no one answered the phone. The service operator said she would set up another appointment, but I countered that if no one could come today, Sears has lost another customer. Furthermore, I will tell my experience to anyone who asks my opinion about Sears service. |

| IFB in my opinion is, one of the worst companies to deal with. It offers bad products, poor service and the staff is completely negligent towards consumer complaints. I as a consumer have experienced fraudulent practices by the company.
• I bought the IFB ELENA/ ELENA EX on 6/ 11/2007 After using the machine we encountered a problem that the drying capacity of the machine was very poor. The clothes almost came out wet even after the spinning cycle. After several complaints made to IFB and 8 to 10 visits of the service guys, the machine was finally replaced. During the machine installation on 29/12/07, I was informed by the service engineer that this new machine also had some problems, that would hamper the normal functioning of the machine and so the machine had to be replaced again.
• On 03/01/2008 the machine was replaced for the 2nd time. After several uses, we still encountered the same problem as our originally purchased machine(wet clothes). With a doubt in mind, we checked the Sr. No. of the machine and with utter SHOCK realised that the Sr. No. of this machine, (2nd replacement) was the same as the Sr. No of the original machine sold to us. That means a defective machine was sent to us as a replacement, saying that it was a new machine.

| Hi !!!!! I am Santosh. Recently I moved from Delhi to Bangalore, for which I had taken the service of Skywing Packers and Movers for moving all my house hold items along with car transportation. Out of the the whole things, 1most of the glass items are found to be broken, lot of things are missing and the washing machine that we transported from delhi was in the bad shape. Also lot of costly art items we shifted had gone missing. When I reported them about this they started misbehaving. There are few things I found are:
1. They charge for insurance but that's not used for any insurence claim. So still suspect whether they take the insurence or not as when I asked them for receipt of the insurence claim, they are unable to provide. so better check for it.
2. They used to tell big things at the start, like they will put everything inside the wooden box. But I found they only did the soft pack so lot of items being broken. For broken and misplaced items, when I ask for the claim they just ignore all after repeated calls.
3. They never unpack complete things. They will do part of that in two hours and after getting signature that you received all the items in good condition, they used to leave. They knows once you sign it after that no claim will be entertained. So better careful in that.
So this is a good suggestion for you all that this skywing movers is a big cheater compared to other packers like, Agarwaal packers and prakash packer's. Better don't prefer this bluddy chor and I am really had very bad experiance with these guys, especially with Mr. Hari Om , Mr. Sanjay (For Delhi region )and Mr. Kuljeet (for Bangalore), who are just the most careless person you should handover the things to them.

| This is the second DVD/VCR of same model within 1-1/2 months. The VCR keeps eating my tapes. It will eject the cartridge, but the tape is stuck inside the unit. It does not happen every time nor does it happen on the same tape. I called Samsung Support and an 18-year old “Ben” told me its common sense that you are not to eject a tape if there is a preset timer for a recording, even if its two days from the time you want to eject the tape. Surely made me a much happy customer. Did not have a response when I asked why this was not in the manual, and why would the equipment allow you to preset seven tapings if this were the case.This product has some serious defects, and it seems to me Samsung is aware of them and making lame excuses such as above to defend this product. |

| We bought a Whirlpool gas oven/range for $1,200. Within the first 16 months, we have had five major repairs for the same problem (over overheats to super high temperatures and then shuts itself off, error codes E2 F3 or E0 F2). Neither PC Richards nor Whirlpool will do anything to help. Whirlpool says it,s not their problem since it is now past one-year warranty expiration. I pointed out that the first four repairs, which all occurred within the first year, did not actually fix the problem. They basically said, “tough.” They will not replace it, and I am stuck with an oven that stops working every three months, and stays broken for a week each time while I wait for a technician to come temporarily “repair” it. I will never buy another Whirlpool or Kitchenaid appliance. |

| With due regards I would like to inform you about your worst maintenance service in Mehsana. Its so worst that I cannot tolerate now, so I am writing you the details: Sir I purchase a Videocon 5505 CTV in 6/4/2005 day the amount of 14100Rs. Chasses no is 2250301950 in this TV has very heavy problem of circuit when I complain in your service center technician is come my house and he take a warranty card and speak this warranty was only 1year but in this card print is 3year TV set warranty and above the stamp is 3 YEAR MEANS – 1 YEAR TV SET AND 2 YEAR IS EXPANDABLE WARRANTY OF COLOUR PICTURE TUBE.Above sentences is give by rubber stamp. I know the company is best so company give a special warranty card and give me a suggestion about this problem soon.m Your service center & authorized dealer was not best their answer was not satisfied to customer but what can customer do. |

| purchased a Whirlpool Calypso washer about three years ago. I had about 8-10 service calls on it in a 1 year time frame due to many problems. Best Buy replaced it under the Lemon Law last year with same model at my request. I had purchased the extended warranty which was pricey!The same model, round two, had the exact same problems with the U joints, leveling off balance, not spinning the clothes properly, drain lines clogging, etc….. So I proceeded to have the second washer removed and replaced with a different model this time. Best Buy refused to replace it because I hadn,t purchased the extended warrantee again (NO WAY ,,) and referred me to Whirlpool. Whirlpool refused to replace this piece of junk washer because it has been over a year since I purchased it, despite multiple documented problems. There is a current class action law suit out against whirlpool on this model, yet they will not replace it? I have filled out the paperwork to be part of the class action law suit. But my washer is still defective and I can,t afford to replace it with my money out of pocket. I have another service call scheduled on this junk washer as we speak. I want the thing taken out of here and a new washer replacement. I DON,T want another Calypso washer for the replacement. Whirlpool is aware of ALL my complaints over the past few years regarding this washer yet they refuse to replace it. |

| These liars stated that they had specific furniture pieces in stock and ready for immediate delivery. I spent over $6000. on various pieces and sets of furniture. When delivered, some of the furniture was missing parts and some pieces were just not delivered. Others were delivered and were damaged and had to be returned. After four months, those pieces have still not been delivered nor has my money been refunded. These fraud went as far as stating that they were Christians all the while they lied about their wares. | "I was a big fan of G shock and all of their products for many years now. a few years ago I bought a Mudman ""Gaussman AW-570"" Analog with the Titanium back plate. i bought the watch at ""The G Shock Store"" in Manhattan, New York.I only ever wore G shock watches, the greatest watches ever made, until you send them in! Recently, I called their Dover, New Jersey location 6/28/06 to have the battery replace in the Gaussman, I asked if the letters on the case could be brightened and maybe the band replaced. The watch only had very little superficial ware, but I loved it, so I wanted it to be perfect. that watch had been all over the world with me always 100% reliable! The operator said sure send 37.00 dollars , good price reasonable, no problem. A few weeks later ""Dover Casio"" sent me a new watch and it was not even a ""Mudman Guassman"" nor was it Analog. I sent a 350.00 dollar watch and was sent a 50.00 dollar watch I can,t wear! I called and complained and was told ""to bad, your watch is gone"", I called two, three more times each time the operator didn,t know what i was talking about! Finally an operator told me that the ""management"" had decided I could pick a new watch out, I could only spent up to 225.00 dollars on a new watch. I said my watch was 350.00! Casio New Jersey said take it or leave it. Their were no Mudman for sale in America any more, and the only Anti magnetic watches were under 80.00 dollars and crappy.I called back two, three more times each time the operator new nothing, I gave them the work number they had on the invoice Finally an operator said we found your watch just send us the watch we sent you and we will replace the battery and band in your Guassman , I was very much relieved. I sent the other watch back and waited 1 month 2 months finally 9/18 /07 I called to complain, what was taking so long.I was treated very rudely by a ""Chuck"" I told him 3 months was long enough and I was a little up set he only got ruder and louder. I told him I thought that he was very incompetent, and what was the problem . He said my watch was lost once more and i should call again.I called the next day, by chance ""Chuck"" answered again and yelled at me, "" you just called yesterday what do you expect !"" "" Competency I exclaimed!""Chuck one of the operators really got mad yelling etc, then I received my ""Guassman"" G shock back 9/23/07 . Well man it was destroyed the band cut the case looks like it has been threw a grinder and nothing was done, nor was my money refunded the 37.00 dollars for repairs that were never done. I have tried to call and talk to Managers the president in New Jersey location. No one has returned my calls and I have been treated like shit and my property destroyed by Casio,s New Jersey incompetent unprofessional employees.I really don,t think I,m being unreasonable, what do you think?Now i find out that their is a club for ""Mudman Guassman"" watches people all over the world, and that my 350.00 dollar watch is a collectors item worth maybe 500.00 dollar if it were in (good condition)!!I really don,t think I,m being unreasonable, I have been treated horribly.What next?" |
