im asking for help/guidance kasi po stop po ako sa pag-aaral dahil di ko po makuha form137 at 138 sa dati ko pong skul..dahil sa balance pa kimi sa kanla pravite skul po yun. nag try kaming lumipat sa publik skul kaya lng kailangan talagang my card na ipapakita...kaya napilitan kaming magtransfer sa ibang skul na private na mura para lng mastop n yung pagtaas ng bills. kht di ko pa nakukuha cards ko. sabi lang namin sa pingtranferan naming skul na to be follw nlng po yung card kaya lng hanggang ngayon grad8 n po ko ng highskul di ko p rin makuha yung card ko. gusto ko kasing mag kolehiyo ,pero di nila ako pwdeng tanggapin dahil wala ako credentials. Hindi po talaga na kayang bayaran ng tatay ko ang dating namin skul dahil Janitor lng po siya.. anu po kayang pwedeng kong gawin Gustong gusto ko po makapag aral ng Kolehiyo i hope natulungan niyo po ako this coming skul year dalawang taon na akong hind nagaaral... thank you po

Employees of www.smartweblearning.com until today have not received their salary for February 2005 and March 2005. The top management have kept quite about this situation and ignored their employees' phone calls and SMS until March 14, 2005, where they had a meeting promising the employees that they will find money to pay their salary. Until today, the employees have not heard anything from the top management. This is a clear case of top management trying to run away and leave the employees high and dry. How can these people do this to their employees! My daughter works there and she is suffering because she does not have money to buy things and her debts are mounting. Is there a way for my daughter to get her salary from the company legally? Can I sue the company?

I have worked in Cosmopoint College JB Branch for 1 year in the marketing department as Marketing Assistant.
I resigned from there due to better offer in an different institute on April (23/04/2005). I used to work 9am-9pm every Wednesday only to take care of the marketing department as they never, never and never pay me any OT and the management promise us ( me & Marketing staff of JB) that the extra 4 hours will be consider as a half day of off later can combine all of them to take off days which will be considered as replacement leave. Which later on the management never let me to claim.
I was in Marketing Department where I'm entitile for commision basic. A diploma students registered by me the commission will be RM 75 and RM 25 for certificate students. Where i can claim the commission when the student pay RM 200 i can claim RM 50 another RM25 shall be claimed after the student pays RM 500 the same goes to certificate commissions. When i resigned, the management supposed to pay for my annual leave, replacemet leave and second month claim commision which I never receive till now.
I have called them so many times even the HQ they just ignore me..
Furthermore, when I worked there I need to attend the roadshow in complexes from 10.00am- 10.00pm the management never pay me any OT, transportation fee, even food allowance. The manegement also have sent me to Mersing to me conduct briefing session for PKN students. They sent me and 2 other staff there by taxi. Just image I left Johor Town to Mersing at 5.00pm and reached there at 9.00pm and i were told that the PKN briefing is cancelled as they have another programme. Later on I went back and reached home (Senai) around 12.45 midnight. I felt very tired but the management people still want to be at work place at 9.00am.
The next day when i voiced my dissattisfaction they just say they are also unaware of this. Why the Management can be so s****d? They never did take of staff welfare.
Now I feel very frust as my parents keep on saying that I have worked in A charity organization where they never pay me anything for every extra hours i haved worked even on Sundays, and Public Holidays

I enrolled KBU International College/ First City Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of KBU) on 5th August 2006 for the CIMA Professional Qualification Education @ Centre Point for the subject of TOPCIMA. i Paid RM 950.00 for the course fee and get the worst lectures experience in my life... For your information, TOPCIMA is the last paper for CIMA qualification and can only be taken if you have passed the Certificate,Managerial and Strategic Level.TOPCIMA is a case study paper where pre-seen are given 2mths before exam and on exam day we will be given the un-seen and suppose to answer the question within 3 hours. no syllabus given for this subject as there are no right or wrong answers, is all depends on the way you support and justify your answer using the knowledge that you have learnt in the all the papers and also individual past experience to deal with the real business world problem by giving recommendation. The purpose to attend classes for this subject is to get the guidance from an experience lecturer who can share his / her practical experience to enhance our knowledge and thus passing the TOPCIMA. After attending the classes conducted 3 weeks ago, the result were disappointed... lecturer used all materials in CIMA Study Series 2006: Test of Professional Competence in Management Accounting Book published by Elsevier. He asks the whole class to buy the book on the first class... He don't even express his own opinion on the past year case study, he took all the points from the sample answer in the book. All the notes given are actually summaries from the same book which everyone is having it. What is the point of paying so much and getting back the summary of point from the book that we are having it? I belief everyone can do the summary and read the book at home without the lecturer. I felt cheated as they advertised this lecturer as below : " Mr. XXX has taught TOPCIMA at FCC for one year, and he lectures on CIMA courses at Utar for many years. Past students had rated him very enthusiastic, dedicated and sincere for the success of the students. he prepares his lectures well in advance, and bring in his years of practical experience to make this course a training for 'management consultant' besides a concrete steps to passing the exam." There are 5 students in the class and everyone is having the same opinion. On the 2nd class, one of the students left half way of the lectures, he did not appear on the 3rd class. On the 3rd class, one of the student left at 5pm (class ends on 5.30pm). I have attended 3 classes and decided not to waste my time anymore on this course, as I gain nothing from the lecturer. The course fee in this college is the most expensive compare to the other 2 college which offer the same course... TARC charged RM350.00 and SEGI College charged RM 560 only!
