I the company sells opera DVDs and CDs online. I put an order (#13620) on October 28 for the amount of $ 165 (including shipping costs). Some of the DVDs should have been Christmas presents and for this reason I put my order well in advance. Today is January 20 and it still hasn't been delivered. I checked on the website the state of my order and it says that it has been shipped on December 11 th . I sent many emails using the contact form kindly asking to track my order since it was never delivered, but no one ever answered ! The company seems to have an address in NY but no phone number is displayed on the website, only a FAX number. I live in Italy and actually I don't know how to solve my problem , specially I'd be very disappointed if I'd lost my $ 165. Can you give me some help? Thank you very much Marta

i have a HDFC gold credit card.i had got a leaflet of Ava Merchandising (offering some products at offer price with EMI facity) along with my monthly statement of september.I ordered a Sony Digital Camera(Model no.S700)having product code-652 with order no.-040023267.According to their terms and conditions they should have delivered the product within 14 days of the ordering date which was 22/09/2007.But till date i have not received the product. i have called them a number of times at -09910899482-89 and asked them about what happened to the product but they gave useless reasons that their shipment was late or the product is not available.In the meantime i was charged the first EMI in the monthly statement of October.At this time i don't know what to do.i have to pay the monthly statement because if i don't pay interest will be charged on it.in a recent talk with the merchants they requested me for some 7 days more.i also asked them to cancel the product but they said that it is not possible.I also called HDFC credit Division in Chennai but in vain.Please help as fast as possible.

I won in Bidz in the month of November 2006 and paid the amount thru Credit Card. When I did not get the Jewelery I bid for even for I month I mailed them and they said that it would take maximum of 12 weeks. I wrote to them in January 2007 and they said the same thing that my parcel was in transit. In February 2007 when i inquired again they said that it was lost. They have the tracking number from Fedex and which can be easily traced. But they are insisting that I make a compalaint in writing notorized. We do not have notary in Oman and why should i go around when Bidz has made a mess. They take a big amount for shipping and all then they should track the parcel and get it to me or refund my money. I feel they cheat cause that is the most easy way from them to make money.

Tickle.com is located in California. They would not connect me with a supervisor or give me any other information. I took a test on line. It was free. I took a second test and decided to purchase the results. I then saw a charge for $19.95 removed from my debit account using the card I had given for the purchase I made. That charge would have been monthly if I did not cancel. All they kept saying was, did you read the agreement. They hid this important information inside of the lenghty agreement. If they didn,t have my credit card, the tests would have been free. I find this sneaky and unconscionable. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you

"I bought A refridgerator, (frigedaire) from Anderson Appliance in North Jackson Ohio, on August 10, 2006 and it started leaking water, so I called Mr.Anderson and he told me he would be out either that day or the next day, which was on Monday Oct.2,06 that I called him. So this is Wednesday Oct.4,06 and I called today and he was so rude to me that I sat here and cried. He said well I dont come to your town very often, and If and when I do , I will call you and stop and look at it for you. It might not be this week or this month!!!! Could not give you a time or date!!!! "" I was upset. I am still shaking from his rudeness I will never recommend him to anyone or buy another thing from him!!!!!! Signed Kathy"

I bought this product in Jan 2006 and it stopped working after 3 months. I have logged several complaints regarding this and no one has come to my place and they have not tried to contact me as well. Their service is one of the worst after sales support. My sinceier advise for the people is not to buy the euraka forbes prducts. Their customer support is also pathetic. no one listens to us.I am planing to file a case in the cunsumer court for this. Please encourage all your friends not to buy any product from eureka fobes. They are the No1 cheats in this world. i regret for buying this product.

I entered the requested information, but instead of receiving the promised home evaluation, I was unexpectedly telephoned by a mortgage company (Clarion Mortgage), whose agent, Dan Phillips, then sent me a rude and hostile e-mail when I declined its services. In my personal opinion, this website is a sham and I recommend avoiding it (as well as Dan Phillips, of Clarion Mortgage) entirely!"

I recently bought a calling card from Nobelcom.com, after searching for the best rates. I came across this website and purchased a 40$ card to call Ukraine, so that I can avoid that processing fee. I instantly received my PIN by e-mail but when I tried to use them, the 800 number gave me a busy signal. I tried for 3 or 4 times but it still didn,t work.I decided to call their 24/7 customer service department and a lady answered. I explained what happened, had to repeat it twice, we didn,t hit it off the first time. After I stayed on hold for about 30sec, she came back to me with another 800#, saying the main one is temporarily out of service. I also checked with her the details of my card and found out i got one with a maintenance fee. Be aware of the card details before buying something. The website doesn,t show the fees unless you click the Details of the card. Good think i called their cust service and they changed the card for me because i didn,t want a maint. fee. Fortunately, this one worked and after I figured out how to dial correctly, I got through. Calls to Ukraine are ok most of the time. Sometimes i hear echoes but maybe that,s because the lines there.Anyways, thank you for your time and keep up the good work!!
