Jagdish Patel, owner of Patel Infosys/ Dev Computers cheated me in price of Laptop. He told me that he sold me ACER 4720 ZN model with high configuration with rate of Rs.33200/-. But he sold me a low configuration laptop (Model ACER 4720Z - 1 GB) with price Rs.33200/-. The actual price of this model, which he sold me is Rs.28900/-. Now, he refuses to take back the product. He says that he is not responsible for any matter.
I need help what should i have to do?

Although the Advertisement do not match the details of mine, but the calls are landing in office number 25501050. I am concerned about my carrier and Image . It is a Mental torture to me. Of course the Photo in the ADD does not Match mine. But the Number and Name does by coincidence. I am Truly not aware of this Kind of websites.

The following are despite the owner & sole director of Aria Technolgy Limited of Manchester, England (Aria PC Technology, aria.co.uk, aria.com, etc. –an importer & online wholesaler & retailer), Aria Taheri having signed incorporation documents undertaking to discourage fraud, and its company secretary Frank Harasiwka being a qualified through the British Institute of Chartered Secretaries –it projects £24, to qote it US $36 million, shortly about US $200 million turnover.
It seeks to give the impression that it sells cheapest –I bought cheaper elsewhere.
I found its Arianet brand of goods that I purchased to be of poor quality & unsafe.
It sold me a motherboard which it misdescribed, when confronted with what its manual said, it simply changed (again incorrectly) its description on its website.
Return form opened only for its own brand; techincal said I shold buy dearer stuff
Customer service tel./fax were disconnected/change, email simly reissued RMA; its owner-director and company secretary on direct contact address didn’t reply.
It said that there was nothing wrong with items returned, to arrange to collect, even though they were cooling-of period returns statutorily entitling to refund.
When reminded of the law it said that I damaged them, but would not say how.
It claimed entitlement to deduct testing/restocking fee even for item not returned.
It wrote about a purported telephone agreement; asked to explain, tried to deny it
I find Its trading practices unlawful, verging, to say the least, on being fraudulent.
I paid for some marketing leads to be driven to my site www.sexisland.co.uk using pop unders and the company gladly took my $100.00. They did not deliver ANY LEADS AT ALL, they took the money and delivered nothing. Basic theft
I placed an internet order for 2 dolls with a company called Paradise Galleries who sells dolls. Within 5 minutes of clicking the purchase button, a friend alerted me that they are not reputable and don,t always deliver the product. I called them and cancelled the order immediately. They refused to cancel and shipped the package anyway. I did not accept the package from my mail carrier and Paradise Galleries said they would not credit my credit card account until they recieved the dolls back. They took weeks, so I filed a complaint with my credit card who decided in my favor and charged the amount back to Paradise Galleries. Then Paradise Galleries charged me again for the amount of shipping when they were told not to ship it in the first place. I spent many hours calling them to attempt to clear this up, but they talked in circles and did not listen. They kept saying I need to pay my bill, etc. In October, 2005, I began receiving bills from a supposed bill collector, called Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc. 2269 South Saw Mill River Road, Building 3 Elmsford, NY, 10523 1-800-755-2540 When I attempt to call the number above, it is answered by Paradise Galleries answering machine. I am kept on hold for a very long time. Once I was on hold for an hour. When I finally get a person, she talks in circles and we are right back where we started. I refuse to pay this fraudulent charge and I have been ignoring these bills, thinking the collector was bogus Paradise Galleries answered the phone. Now I see on your web site that this bill collector works for many other disreputable companies. Are you able to help or give any advice?
"I ordered a student desk online on May 9th. I was told delivery will take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I received an email stating: ""We appreciate your business and we are sorry we did not meet your needs. We have credited your account..."" I was confused because I was still expecting the desk. I contacted customer service and they said the UPS damaged the desk and had to return it to Kmart. They added that if I still wanted to purchase the desk I had to complete the order online AGAIN. So I ordered the student desk online again on May 30th. I was told delivery will take 2 weeks. A little prior to 2 week delivery date I contacted customer service to verify the order. They said that UPS could not deliver because my address could not be verified, so they had to return it to Kmart. I used the same previous address (as on my online Kmart account). Furthermore, they told me that if I still wanted to purchase the desk I had to complete the order online AGAIN, which would take 2 weeks. I requested express instead of waiting 2 additional weeks for ground. Since express was $100, they told me they cannot waive the shipping for express. I cancelled that order. In summary, I had to wait almost 2 months for a non-existant desk that Kmart claims is somehow erred by the courier. I do not believe Kmart,s information and am upset that they could not offer anything more than waiving my $21 ground shipping fee"
I placed an order with www.batterysavings.com in May , 2006. It,s now July and I still haven,t received the battery. I have emailed them twice about the status of my order and it,s delivery date. I have never received a response. The phone numbers on their site are worthless. My advice, don,t ever order from www.batterysavings.com. I went directly to the manufacturer,s site, placed an order and received my battery within 5 days.
"Recently I was persuing a loan with E-loan, I haven,t borrowed much money in the past, so I,m not real ""savy"" with loan processes. Things I don,t like about e-loan: Not being able to deal with 1 person I did not feel I received enough infomation to be comfortable with the entire process.I also found it strange after contacting e-loan all of a sudden I started receiving numerous phone calls from other loan companies by telephone. Did they give it out? I dunno, sure seems like a strange coincidence. The ""real kicker"". After I notified them that I was not going to go thru with the loan with them... the person said to me ""well... thanks alot for waisting our time and money"" ... (to me this was rude and unprofessional) ... my reply to him was ""I didn,t think it was necessary for him to be a smart alec and because of his ""smart alec"" answer told me that I had made the right decision in not acquiring the loan thru them. Obviously they do not care about people nor how they feel. So I have made it my quest to post this ""experience"" in as many places as possible. Feel free to copy this and blast it out into cyberspace. We ""people"" deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of our decisions... afterall.... it is OUR MONEY!! Totally agreed E-Loan Sucks!"
Placed order on 6/13/06 via website. Order not received. Made numerous attempts to contact via email and voicemail. Never received any type of response. I just want my order and then I will go away to never order from them again
I sent an order to Gardeners Choice in March. The cheque for 37.80 was cashed on March 24th. I was supposed to receive 8 tree tomato plants.We received a small box with 8 peat pots. Three of them tried to live, but gave up. I take pride in having a green thumb, but it was futile this time. These were advertized as live plants. Why do I feel so stupid to be taken in by this scam.Would someone just acknowledge this letter.
