In the past week, Obama for America out of Chicago has made 8 each $25.00 unauthorised and unsolicited debit withdrawals from our checking account. These are all unauthorized withdrawals from a debit card account that I have never used in the market place. In fact, I have only used it at the teller machine to withdraw cash and the last time I used it was over 2 years ago. The card was put away safely in our file cabinet and is still there. May I add that neither I nor my family endorse Obama and we have never made nor intend to make a contribution to him at any time. Our bank is working on it but in the meantime, the debits keep coming in. |

| Without any single transaction on my credit card no: 4476 9299 9903 4702, M/s. HSBC, Bangalore Branch, harrasing the innocent customer for payment Rs.62,000/->

I am corresponding form 01.09.2005, with M/s. HSBC Bangalore Bank. I had personnaly visited the Bank for settlement of the isssue with the Bank. Spoke to Mr. Phillip Samuel on 01.09.2005 on telephone No. 080-25583533. Spoke to Mrs. Indira Bhattachargee, personally at HSBC Bangalore. There was no proper response.

They are not is position to give me the transaction details, in which manner I am liable to pay for the Bank. I have informed the Bank authorities, if they give the transaction details and some evidence in supporrting the transaction I have utilised their money, I will settle their bill within 24 hours. The Bank people are unable to provide the details either they are unnecessarily sending bills to my residence, people for collection and harrasing the innocent cutomer.

The only mistake I have committed was during 2005, I obliged a unemployed Sales Rep. of HSBC by signing an application form for the Credit Card of HSBC and transfer of money from Standard Chartered Bank. At that time 2005 the transfer of money from Standard Chartered Bank did not take place due to delay by HSBC, hence I cleared SCB dues through my own funds. Sent back both HSBC Credit Card & Cheque cutting into pieces due to delay by HSBC of 6 months in despatching credit card and transfer of money cheque to SCB and it did not serve my purpose.

| We are a Small Scale Industry, started our unit with our Own Funds.
Punjab National Bank, Sitabuldi-Branch, Nagpur has sanctioned us Term Loan of Rs. 40.00 Lakhs to purchase Machineries and working capital of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs against Stocks and Book Debts,
But, since beginning Bank has started returning Cheques of Raw Material Purchases, Spares of Machineries from our C/c. Limit while limit was practically un-utilised. On the contrary, started repayments of Term loan within 3 Months only, even before starting of our Production.
We put our own funds to run the factory, from arranging other sources such as Friends and Relatives. Then started releasing amount, but all of a sudden when limit reached to Dr. 27.00 Lakhs, again all of a sudden started returning cheques of Raw Material, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill and not even that, Bank didn't allowed us cash withdrawls for Labor salaries, which practically stopped our production.
We managed to get L/C from our customers, but our Bank not only stopped us from discounting it but also after due date of L/C didn't gave credit of amount and returned cheques of Raw Material and Electricity Bills.
Always, our Limit is covered by Drawing Power as we are regularly submitting stock statements and list of Book Debts.
Bank has earned a good amount from us. Bank is trying to recover the money as they have repayments of terms loan in consequitive two months, which should put in every quarter.
In Loan sanction letter, total repayment of term loan was allowed for 84 Months, but recovered almost 25% in 12 Months only.
Due to all these activities, our Industry is on the verge of Closing Down, just because of our Bank's attitude of Closing down the Industry.
Why, we don't know? |

| i have been troubled umpteen no. of times by the so called collections agencies of the hdfc bank. the have called me at unearthly hours to make payments to my card i did not recieve statements from november onwards when i closed my card as lost after which every month i have paid Rs 1600 only towards fees and finance chrgs which i was unaware about. i thought i was making payments for the minimum amt due abt a few days ago a received a call froma lady at 11 in the night to make payments for my account which i questioned and asked for a debt manager to call me she started abusing me on the phone to no extent and kept calling again and again i am thoroughly disgusted by this bank and wud never advice anybody to deal with them. |

| I invested my retirement with this company and have not received any return on my investment or request for the return of my investement. I am in jeopardy of losing my life savings after 33 years of hard work. I am not well and unable to go back to work. This company is going to cause me to lose everything because they violate a contract that I entered in good faith. I have been lied to every time I call that a company is buying out the contract for over 3 months. |

| On October 11 , 2006 I decided I would open an account with ING Direct Savings , since I have heard nothing but good things about them I gave it a try. I went online and set up this account. In doing this I was asked for a date to start deducting the money from my bank account and I requested this initially take place on 10/13/2006. I requested this because that was the day I would have the available funds in my bank account. The initial withdraw was set up as 50.00 and then to recur every week thereafter in the amount of 25.00 a week. No where in this website did it state they would start attempting to debit my bank account that very day. Since October 11th this company has cost me over 200.00 in bounced check fees due to the fact that they continue to try to get this money every single day. From the 11th , the very first day they attempted to withdraw they have had me in the negative with my bank. This caused a chain reaction with every other check that I had open in my account. When I contacted ING they stated this was not their fault , I believe her exact words were “youre the one who opened the account”. In an attempt to save money I have now spent over 200.00 with this company. They refuse to refund me any of the bounced check fees. And I would like this to be rectified immediately. I can not seem to get anyone to help me!. Please contact me at your earliest. |

| "I opened a business checking account with Compass Bank , Florida on July , 2005 and gladly closed to account on March 2006 and this letter is a horrible experience I had with Compass Bank during that 8 months as a business owner. Some of them maybe will blame me for being careless but you be the judge , here is my story line by line; 1- On July 2004 , when I opened a both business and personal checking accounts , they told me that is completely a free business checking account but when I wanted to do deposit checks through their drive- through , they denied the service and asked me to go inside the bank to do deposit and said I have to have one of those pre-filled deposit slip forms to use the drive-through service. When I tried to order those pre-filled deposit slips , they asked me to pay for it , I though they said it was free....... 2- When I was trying to transfer money from by Business Checking account to my Etrade account. I wrongfully used my personal checking info and boom , no mercy , $108 penalty , no matter how much I tried to lower the penalty , they had no mercy....... I felt I am kind of fly felt into a spiders web , and struggling....ouch 3- I moved from Florida to Arizona and Compass Bank said I dont need to do anything rather then an address chance. I did a international wire transfer which was very urgent matter , because the vendor was waiting for my money transfer in order to ship the product. Forget days , hours was important. And once I did the wire transfer , I was told , it will go through next day in the morning because it was after 4 pm and it was not possible for wire to go through that way , which I understood. Next day at 4 pm , Chandler Arizona Compass Bank Branch Manager , John , called at and said there were some problems with my account thus my wire did not go through. I was going insane , I asked him why ? He said"" there were some problems and complications"". I asked him , What type of problems ? I he repeated same thing ""there were some problems and complications"" , nothing else , eventhough I asked him different questions and I got same answer , he is like a Robot so I got pissed and hung up the phone. No explanations , no apology from branch manager due to their mistake cost money to my business. 4- I had enough with Compass Bank , they were ruining my business and making me insane.... so. I decided to close my both personal and business checking account but of course you can not close things right away and easily , so I decided to keep my Compass bank account for a month and slowly move my accounts to Washington Mutual. When I realized I moved pretty much everything to Washington Mutual , I checked my balance on Friday night and withdrew reaming balance on Friday night as well. When I went to Compass bank on Monday to close my account , they said , I owe $170 , why? because one of my customer decides to deposit his check after 3 months which I forgot about that completely , and due to my withdrew , I end up paying $70 penalty again due to actives on Friday which does not reflect my account for entire Friday. I tired to explain him the problem that is not my fault but banks fault if they dont update my account on time. I told him I checked my balance on Friday night and did not show any activity and he said , the activities shows on next business day that is Monday. Bank Manager , John , is a GOD DAMM robot , repeated same thing over and over"" ouch I am sorry but there is nothing I can do"" , and I finally burst out of the Compass bank before I kill somebody and now I am receiving letters from collection agencies threatens my business that I can not open a bank account unless remaing balance paid in full. If you want to run a smooth business without worrying about your bank and your deposit , DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH COMPASS BANK , YOU WILL FEEL SORRY." |

| "My monthly credit card statement is 27th of every month. My last statement for the month of August was received by me with a total amount outstanding Rs. 12666.48 with the last date for payment as 16/09/2006. The payment for the same was made by Bank of India Cheque No. for the complete amount o/s Rs. 12666.48 on 12/09/2006. Yesterday on 22.09.2006 I receive a call from Ms. Sonia from SBI New Delhi (011)41588229 saying that I have Rs. 760.00 outstanding against my credit card and the same should be deposited today itself for which purpose an employee of SBI Cards will come to your office to collect the payment. Later during the day Mr. Naresh Shandil from SBI Cards Shimla comes to my office and asks for the payment. I showed him all my card statements and told him that the full payment for the o/s amount has been made on 12.09.2006. Mr. naresh calls up Ms. Sonia at Delhi office again... she tells to give a fresh cheque dated 25.09.2006 and the previous cheque will be returned to us by courier.... WHAT IS HAPPENING ? a new cheque to be issued for what reasons ? I am really fed up with the services and moreover I am getting calls again and again that ""o/s amount should be deposited immediately. She even told us not to use the DROP BOX for making payments. What all is happening ? Please, I do hope to hear from you at the earliest with a permanent solution to the problem and even let me know how to dis-continue my SBI cards for all the family members. This has become a big headache for us" |

| "This Happened to me ! Be Aware !!! ERS Also Known as Er Solutions Int. Located in Renton Washington 98057 I wanted to submit this complaint, and let you know what happened to me. I have been dealing with ERS for several months now over a debt that I incurred. When I first talked with ERS I set up a good faith payment plan of $ 100.00 per month for four months at which time I was to contact them to set up a payment plan and receive a settlement offer. I did contact ers and was offered a settlement for my account with them. I told the representitive that I could not afford the amount at that time. She told me ( Ms McWright) that this was ok ! She asked me if she could hold my account open to a certain date, and if I could not make payment then I should call back and just let her know that I could not make the payment at that time. They already had my account info, since I had made some good faith payments. I called back on the specified date and told the representitive ( Ms McWright) that I was not able to make that payment and that I was not authorizing any further payments ! I did state that I was willing to pay, but only at a later date. I was passed to a supervisor who was extremely rude and obnoxious. He accused me ""saying that I was not willing to pay "" I told him several times that I was going to pay, but I was just not able to pay at this time. To make a long story even longer ERS ran my check without my express consent. When I contacted them about this, they passed me from supervisor to supervisor ! I finally went to my bank and filed a complaint. I hope my account will be credited for ERSs accounting error as they explained to me ! This company is ruthless. They really dont want to work with people like me. They want what they want when they want it, and will do anything to get it ! Even if it exceeds the law! I will still work with this company, as I do want to pay my debt! Yet the way they have dealt with me is not very moral, and likely criminal!" |
