Dear sir, I would like to place a complaint againt REGALE VARIETY PETS KINGDOM, shop no. 59, yashwant plac shopping complex, chanakya cinema, chanakya puri, New Delhi. I bought a Spitz Pomerian dog from this pet shop on 20th May 2008, tuesday, and it died just after a week of purchase. The vet doctor says the puppy was infected with cardio parvo virus and must have been sick before the purchase. On the day of purchase I liked the puppy but was concerned at the same time because the puppy seemed a bit lethargic and weak. The shop keeper insured me that the puppy was sleepy and otherwise he is in good health. I bought the pup in Rs.6000. Two days later the pup started vomitting and had loose motions. I took him to the doctor immediately and a treatment was started at the same time. I was told that he has parvo virus and therefore i was supposed to take him to the doctor everyday for a week. His treament cost me more than Rs250 per day for about 4 days. And I had to take leave from my office for his treatment. I was also informed by the vet staff that this pomerian puppy should not have cost me more that Rs 3000 which was actually sold to me for Rs 6000. despite all my efforts to save his life my puppy died in a week. I had to watch his traumatic death and this caused me great depression. I would like to place a complaint against this pet shop for all the problems and depression caused to me because of this purchase. april 1 i apply with mhhr recruitment agency, but i have an agent, and he ask me to give my passport 4 the p0rocessing of documents, so i give,, the following day i hve second thought coz of the amount he say to us,, for the medical it is worth 3500 pesos and the placement fee is 45,000 pesos. i only apply for middle east,, so the next day i go to the agency and i ask the secretary,, ms. babbles,, and she told me the medical is onle 2,000 pesos and the placement fee is around 35,000 pesos,, so i decided to withdraw my documents including my passport,, the agent of that agency , Sr Buboy det mad of me,, he said this sat is the releasing of my passport bt this day morning i go to their agency and they told me there no passport there and they want me to go back again,, i only apply bt why its difficult for them to release my passport,, i never interview with sum1 else and i never have medical to them.. please help me to release my passport, im afraid that they can sumthing do to my passport,,, PLEASE HELP ME

Hi, I have placed order an for Louis quartz watch and Verona trolly bag on 3rd of December' 07 and my order# is 160048268. Today is 13th of Jan'08 and I have not received the my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses. Summary of calls made to AVA: 25/12/07 - Sudhir 28/12/07 - Rosita 2/01/08 - Shashank 3/01/08 - Don't remeber the name (provided me the docket# for courier company) 7/1/08 - Meenakshi 7/1/08 - Lalit (Floor Manager - committed that I will receive the product by Thrusday) 11/01/08 - Gopal 11/01/08 - Inderpreet 11/01/08 - Gaurav 11/01/08 - Ashish 12/1/08 - Manish (provided me the phone# for courier company) 12/1/08 - Meenakshi 12/1/08 - Rajesh Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the product. On 3/01/08 they provided me the docket# but they didn't provided me the courier company phone#. I tried to get the number from them but they never provided the courier company number and luckily today I got the number for courier company. The strange thing is that courier company is telling me that they have not received any shipment from AVA Merchandising. When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than one month to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a month to refund the same money. I have paid my first installment to the bank but I haven't received the product. One more intresting thing that they are charging me Rs 250 for the delivery and they are taking ages to deliver the product becuase I paid the delivery charges. I had a word with their Floor Manager - Lalit who committed me that I will receive the product by Thrusday but again that was a false committment. I have been trying to get a hold of Lalit but now he is not coming on phone or his Agents are making excuses. Please help me and provide me a solution! Regards, Abhinav

I DONT THINK That you have any one care about custmer and they dont understand as well what time mean for them i have my number i has been active to my name later after it was under the The Ministry of Defense el Mahrousa Department and i went with all the Document to the El Sakam Branch and i change it under my name and now i was trying to change it to Accounting system to another and i call your number 888 Mr. Mohand he inform me that i have to go again to the same Office as they didnt change it but i also do have the Holding Property document under my name so why i west my time because of your Staff Mistick why there is no one can check what is going on and even the custmer care they dont care if you recheck my number you will find that i am using this line 24 hours and paying big amount every month it is also easy for me to change it to anther Company who can be more care about the custmer awaiting your reply a.s.a.p

When I filed a complaint with the BBB of OK. they gave me a address, Physical Enhancement Labs, 1025 W. 59th Street, Ok City, OK 73109. I only received 2 bottles, unauthorized of course, I attempted to ship them back for a refund but was sent back as "refused". I even agreed to the cancellation fee of $49.00 as long as I could get a credit of $100.00 but to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB of OK. They are still refusing to credit me. I called the OK General Attorneys office to send me a form to file a complaint at 405-521-3921.

HI, This is kinnie, I want to share my experience, I went for an interview for Dell international in Mohali (Chandigarh) Very regretfully I give the sequence wise when I faced interview at your Mohali Dell international BPO on 07th may. It was a traumatic experience for me as I have just come from UK after spending/working in a proper English atmosphere for more than 6 years and couldn’t know selection criteria after having being told in the fifth round I failed to pass out. The things that happened at Mohali, Dell International center really shook me as to why this international company like dell is manned by so stupid, inefficient, jealous people who don’t want to recruit anybody who has an edge over them in all the fields like spoken English, IQ level, presentation and qualities of head and heart which is a prerequisite to head any important wing such as MNC. The entire silly person asked me questions which no relevance with the post has applied for. As I belong to Patiala which is 70 kms from Mohali I was made to wait till midnight to get the negative decisions of those so called HR managers who have little courtesy for telling me genuine reasons for my failing out. After passing out from the fifth round they kept me waiting for 2 hrs and again interviewed me for the reasons best known to those HR people. I had to yell at them in a rage and asked then the reason for my non-selection and they gave me the very stupid answer that they don’t want a person who has high level of energy and spoken English, who could make them, feel low and may not rise to biggest position in the near future. I really feel sorry as your HR managers who were hurriedly selected at the time of opening of this center in Mohali after passing only two rounds are interviewing the persons and using their discretion to hold interviews up to 5th rounds. Don’t think that I am begging for the post but want my capabilities to be recognized. I request you to give me a hearing. I challenge all the selected persons who are not match to me. I feel why those fools kept on hold till 1130pm to be told that this post too little for me. I reached home at 2am cursing the inefficient people sitting in Dell HR department and untrained Training Officer. I give u the name of all the said persons in the fifth round Mithun from HR, Amit from Training and Anthony HR manager. In the end I request u to please look in to the matter and readdress my grievance as I am thinking of stretching this matter to the press and to the bosses of dell sitting in USA though my kins living in States. I have a brother multi function office machine that takes four different color's of ink and when they get to about a fourth full the machine will not print anymore so i am losing a lot of ink that is left in the cartridge.
