I bought a terrace house at Setia Alam from SP Setia 2 yrs ago. Recently, i have just collected my house keys from them and checked if there is any improper fixing, painting and so on As usual, i have been provided a detect list to list down all the items that need to be refix or repair. Right after a week later, when i went to our house to see whether the developer really doing their job, what i saw is really amazed me. The repair jobs that they have been done is totally more than we expected. Except those items that we complained have been fixed nicely, our doors, door frame, interior and exterior walls have been painted all over again.parquet have been repolished,floor been cleaned, bathroom floor been refined. The house looked newer and cleaner than we 1st saw SP Setia really did a great job. Unlike most of the cases i,ve heard before - jobs dragged for almost half year, bad attitude when the buyers complaining and so on. These never happend since i bought the house 2 years ago till i got the keys.Every staff serves their customers the best A BIG THUMB UP FOR SP SETIA

I've made a complaint on inexistence of telephone backbone implementation in my area on past few months. Imagine I'm not able to do any research during my higher diploma until the day I pursuing my MBA today. You can see how desperate I am on acquiring Internet connection. I was so delighted when I heard Wireless Broadband available in Malaysia from TMNET and TIME WEBBIT. Excited initially due to TMNET only cover Subang USJ areas (why da heck these ISPs concentrate on these areas where so many ISPs already initialized their services in there? People there richer and smarter thus other areas can be neglected?) And TIME WEBBIT (a company with only one competitive advantage over the others - Fiber Optic line however management inefficiency killing them) stopped to expand their coverage areas. After disappointment and disappointment throughout these 3 years actually I have no hope but to get out from the sickening place I staying now (thanks to sickening developer and Telekom).3 months back, I realized Jaring launching their Wireless Broadband and therefore telling myself - Hell. Just give it a try and so I made online bookings for the service twice cause first time my area not really covered and second booking was handle by this LOUSY salesperson called BALA after new station setup in Pearl Point Old Klang Road. Remember this name; this guy wasted my annual leaves by giving empty appointments and do not turn up for twice. With heart of rage I rush to Anjuran Jaring Mid Valley to apply by my own on the same day Bala turned me off. Thanks for the beautiful and polite service lady in there assisted me a lot by giving details information on the benefits and risks that I might be faced due to my area is unpredictable to get full speed or worst if no connection at all. I told her, it's OK since I desperately need it and I wiling to give a try. On the night itself after installed everything and expecting the worst scenario...Wow! I got really fast connection; somewhere download speed in 35 - 40kbps per second for my 512kbps package. I extremely satisfied with the connection and nice lady in Anjuran Mid Valley. Both can clear my perception that ISPs in Malaysia are LAME. Thumbs up for Jaring and Thumbs down to BALA!
Few week ago, i subcribed VoIP service, it really help me to save a lot of cost for my company and myself. Coz I have a few branches in M'sia and S'pore. It save about 60% of my company call charges, after compare to last month bill. We are calling branch to branch for FREE and call to oversea which cost me 10 cents only.
I always call my daughter in Australia who have the same service. Their quality is counted good compare to others, but sometimes just a bit delay due to broadband line. Their technical & customer service is consider helpful.
First of all, I would like to thanks to complaints.com.my to let me to complaint on Internet.
Secondly, I would like to share with the public that the Informatics KL now has improved their service a lot. All the problems that I faced were solved. If you can't believe, you can come personally to see how good it is. The lecturer here is helpful and friendly.
I was wrote an article on 26-08-2005 with the title "Bad College...¡± all the mentioned problem was solved.
Hopefully for those who have read the article with the title as mentioned above, just forget it; it is really improved a lot. Currently, I still can't find any problem yet.
I would like to thanks the Systematics IT Leader and lecturers for all the guidance they provided throughout the year. With all the efforts and courage, all my intakes members and I are reaching the final term of Bsc in Computing.
However, I felt so sad that there is a student named Loh Lay Har complaining about Systematics. What she has been complained totally not true at all!
I was fully agreed with Danny that Systematics lecturers are the most valuable assets, especially Mr. T and Ms. C. They are really put lots of hard works in teaching us the subjects. What tat Loh stated that they only teach us the basic things, this really makes me laugh out loudly. You cannot denied that they have been teaches us all the skills that needed to be include in the CSS coursework. Of course, to gain higher marks we need put efforts in researches and writing our own features code. Not like an infant that hoping for the babysitter all the time. We all need to be independent, not only in studies but also in workplace as well. Thus, colleges, universities are trained students to be more independent and adapt with the future challenge. Instead, we should be appreciated all the times and efforts that provided by lecturers. That Loh also make a statement that ¡°¡will we still feel blur blur how to start our assignment?¡± I really have to emphasis here that NOT WE, PERHAPS JUST YOU. If you disagree with me, then why don¡¯t you make a survey on the whole intake. It is also nonsense that you said the lecturers only focused on one group and tend to ignoring you. Is that true? Why the lecturers want to be ignored you? It is doesn¡¯t make sense at all. We as students should take initiatives to look for lecturers and not expecting lecturers to come forward to us.
Why don¡¯t you think twice? Why others students can adapt with the degree level, but you can¡¯t? You always blaming and accusing tutors and even college fault. Everyone let us think twice¡ Is it just the Loh personal problem, since there is no complaining of other students toward Systematics, instead there are more and more compliments have been posted.
[ My Suggestion ] :
I am proud that I got the opportunities to study in Systematics as I had a bad experience in my previous college, ¡°I XXXXXXXXX¡±. Even now, I also heard my friends said that some part time lecturers request for a pay if the students wanted for extra class. However, we cannot blaming those part time lecturer, as this is depend on their willingness to work extra hours. Anyway, I would like to express appreciate and thankful for Mr. T and Ms. C for all the efforts and knowledge they been poured to all of us.
Giant can refund if you are not happy with the product
I buy a drink in this Giant. I saw this drink in the promotion area, the price is quite cheap. So i take it. but when i pay at the counter, the price charge is normal price. I not happy with the prising the show, so i go to the customer counter. and ask why they put the "No offer item" in the " Offer" area.
They can't give a good reason. But when i request for refund, i pay me back full. 2nd experience, i have buy a light bulb from this Giant. When i went back, i found it is not suitable in house. With in 1 day, i took it back. They just refund me without asking any question. It's a great place to shopping. Don't worried about buying "unsuitable thing". They will refund you if you provide the receipt.
Problem resolved -Product and services with Proton
In line with my posting regarding the problems faced with my Proton Wira Aeroback dated 23/06/2006 (posting number VEH0606058X), I hereby announce that after a long and tedious journey, the problem has already been resolved by Proton Edar and that the case is now closed.
