Several People have told me and my girlfriend that Joanne wolstenholm from Grover Beach has posted that I was in Jail and informed people that my son 19 year old son Hunter Moyer I am not entirerly sure of the spelling of her name though. I would like her Facebook shut off because i am not in jail.

I purchased a 3G mobile connection (9013104002) on 24-June-09 from Sanchar Haat, Jor Bagh. However, even after passage of a month, I find that the above mobile connection is not yet energized and, whenever I want to use it, gives a message “Your phone is suspended temporarily”. I had already submitted the requisite Agreement form alongwith copy of photo ID. On enquiry with the Sanchar Haat Jor Bagh, I’m informed that they’ve sent all the documents to the Idgah office. Nevertheless, I again faxed a copy of my photo ID to MTNL on 10-July-09. I also made two telephonic complaints - No. No. 10800149100709 dtd. 16-July-09 & No. 19000053200709 dtd. 20-July-09. Yet, after all this, there is no resolution of my complaint & my phone is still not activated, much less on 3G. It's disgusting that MTNL is promising the moon to its 3G service users (including video calling and mobile TV), but can't get its act together to at least activate the services on new connection on priority basis, much less providing 3G functionalities. Good that MTNL is searching for partners to run its 3G services - MTNL is not competent enough to run normal services, leave along 3G which thrives on providing a superior experience. MTNL should just hand over its infrastructure to private players before the whole of its customer base shifts to operators providing better (or any!) customer service. But then what would happen to MTNL's fat cows who sit on their behinds and take their salaries while not caring for the consumers one bit.

I wish to get a internet connection with M/s.Reliance communications, and I signedall formalities with them on 10.04.2009. But till this day, I have not get any internet connection from them. I also conduct with them many times .But they are not give any usefull responses yet today.

I apply for a new connection for INTERNET on 10.04.2009. But thayare not give any connection to me till this day. I conduct with many times and enquire with them. But they are not give any respectable responses. WHY?

Dear sir, I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood 205000001718099 booked by Dilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no.T39/25327 at Big Bazaar , Katriguppe ,Banashankari,Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday .It was promised to be delivered in 10 days.But I was surprised to recieve it within one week.To our surprise when the technician came after 3 days to assemble it we found that we had recieved a different coloured Rack(booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey & the product sent was Dirty Oak ),the person then contacted his seniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days.But till date even after contacting the concerned persons & after making more than hundreds of CALLS, either they are not responding or they have been giving only excuses .

I have a brand new Wagon R with MP3 music player bought from Maruty Genuine parts. I lost the remote for the player, since then I am behind the service dealer for a replacement of the same. Even after two months , I have no confirmation whether i get a replacement. The dealer has guided me to different shops but the item is not available with them, these places never sells accessories but do some repairs. the dealer is just giving some or the other excuses or routing me to different places where they knew that the item is not available. Everyone can understand the difficulty in operating the MP3 player without remote, the player has become a useless space occupying device rather than a pleasure device. With this I am stopping my process for replacement , rather I will throw away this device and go for a non genuine maruti accessories. I believe if I bought this device from a regular sony dealer rather than throgh Maruty genuine parts, I would have got a better customer support. I have decided that my next car will NOT A MARUTI CAR. The entire customer satisfaction and survey etc are all joke while the real one is denied of service.

Dishonesty, breach of trust and commitment, abnormal delay in completion, snatching of money out of the client`s pocket on one or other made up reasons bla bla is a usual thing in construction field in this country but I never had imagined the same kind of things from such a renowned and robust name the "Defence Housing Authority" and note it with a an eye of regret and concern as this will jeopardize the whole reputation of the authority which it had gained in years with very hard work, both in developments and safeguarding of the client`s properties. But now it seems that the Authority has lost the value of words and commitments and behaving like a 2nd rated private entrepreneur. With the announcement of construction of 1st time of its kind in the country, Creek City Apartments, the authority has won the hearts of the Karachities and they thought that the Authority will emerge as a trend setter among the builders and every builder will be forced to follow the lines of this authority in the future, but at last the things turned to the same way and at the end of the day same breach of trust, same tricky misdoings, long delay in completion, undue escalations, incomplete and forced handover and gigantic maintenance charges, all the ways to skin the clients in either way. The schedule of completion was set much earlier and ppl of middle class as I am myself booked the apartment and got a finance from Askari bank. The markup the bank is charging comes to Rs.55,000.00 per month whereas the amount of compensation the Authority paid was only Rs 25,000.00 so a loss of Rs.30,000.00 per month I had to bear but in hope of a good living I born it with open heart and also the 1st escalation of Rs.4,50,000.00 was accepted without an eyebrow raised and in good faith. But further delay in completion was unjustified and the current 2nd time escalation is like a last nail in the coffin of the customer. The delay was not caused by the allottees and all the installments were paid regularly so why they should pay this 2nd escalation?More over this delay is mostly attributed to the greed of the Authority by raising the buildings by 2 extra floors in order to earn more money out of the project and aimed to it they deviated from the original plan of a 2 level car parking to a single level car parki giving a very little space for the cars to park and drive off easily. Moreover the forced and unjustified handover without full completion of the project , without the announced facilities, like swimming pools,boundry walls, gates, land scappings and even leveling the ground along the buildings is a strange and senseless act on the part of the authority. Above all the gigantic maintenance charges of about Rs.11000.00 per month on the smallest 3 bed apartment seems to be another way to squeeze the last drop of blood out of the allotee`s veins in this time of big recession and asking to pay it in advance for a whole year is still another big kick and blow. There is every apprehension that this is made a tool of big kick back for a life time, which should have been estimated at the actual expenses and not on the personal wish and interest basis. With this unduly ,untimely and merciless decisions, the Authority has given a bad name not only to the Project but also to itself and there are apprehensions that this project will doom down very soon and its signs are now visible with its declining market value. So, in the interest of everyone, the Authority, the allotees, and the project itself, it is suggested that the 2nd escalation may be withdrawn and the maintenance charges may be reduced to 4000-5000 which even is above the actual cost and this must not be made a tool of earning more n more and also the forced handover without completion in all respects with, in house facilities may be avoided. i waz a customer of vodafone from d past 6 yrs bt since my simcard waz not working properly i had to get it exchanged from their office , but due to their negligience they changed my post paid plan and the next month i got a bill which was 6 times more than the bill i use 2 get 4 the past six yearz, i did register my complain to many vodafone agents and also visited their office many times in okhla , new delhi but all in vain, they filed a case against me and their agents are regularly harassing me for the last 1 year alon with the advocates hired by the company.
